Sociable is a plugin which adds social media buttons to your posts, and does so easily, and beautifully. How does it work?
Basically after installing the plugin to your wordpress plugins directory, just go to plugins and you will see a back end menu where you can select what social bookmarking or social networking websites your readers can bookmark, like this…
Then select and activate your options and your readers will be able to click on the sociable button below each of your blog posts to start sharing and bookmarking your site.
This encourages viral traffic to come to your blog from all the social bookmarking and networking sites supported by the Sociable plugin.
How do you install it?
1. Download the plugin here.
2. Use an FTP (File Transfer Protocol) program like CoreFTP to upload it to your blog’s “wp-content/plugins” folder.
3. Then activate it in your Wordpress admin dashboard under “Plugins”
